Our investment casting process ensures exceptional dimensional accuracy, superior surface finish, and excellent mechanical properties. Unlike sand casting, investment casting produces near-net-shape components with minimal machining requirements, reducing overall cost and lead time.
All our copper alloy structural component castings are custom manufactured based on customer drawings or samples. We work closely with our clients' engineering teams to optimize designs for castability, ensuring high-quality, defect-free castings at competitive prices. Every component undergoes rigorous quality control including chemical analysis, mechanical testing, and non-destructive testing.
We offer a wide range of materials for copper alloy structural component castings, including stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, copper alloys, and heat-resistant alloys. All materials are sourced from certified suppliers and verified with spectrometer analysis.

We produce high-precision wax patterns using injection molding. The wax patterns are exact replicas of the final copper alloy structural component, including all internal passages and external features.
The pattern tree is repeatedly dipped into ceramic slurry and coated with refractory sand. This process is repeated 6-8 times to build a strong, heat-resistant ceramic shell.
The ceramic shell is placed in an autoclave where steam melts the wax, which drains out. The empty shell is then preheated to 1000-1100°C to remove residual moisture.
Metal is melted in induction furnaces under carefully controlled conditions. The molten metal is poured into the preheated ceramic shells.
After solidification and cooling, the ceramic shell is removed by mechanical vibration and blasting. The individual components are then cut from the sprue.
All castings undergo proper heat treatment to achieve optimal mechanical properties and material structure.
The cast copper alloy structural component are precision machined on CNC lathes and machining centers. We maintain tight tolerances on critical dimensions.
Finished components undergo surface treatment and comprehensive quality testing including dimensional inspection, chemical analysis, and non-destructive testing.
We maintain rigorous quality control at every stage of production to ensure that every Copper Alloy Structural Component meets or exceeds customer specifications:

Each alloy offers distinct advantages in corrosion resistance, machinability, and load-bearing capacity.
For bronze bearing and bushing applications, design with adequate wall thickness (minimum 3mm) to maintain structural integrity. Oil grooves and lubrication channels are typically machined post-casting for precise dimensions.
For bronze gears and worm gears, design tooth profiles with sufficient root fillet radius to minimize stress concentration. Investment casting provides excellent tooth detail with minimal machining required.
Copper alloys offer excellent corrosion resistance in marine and chemical environments. For seawater service, nickel-aluminum bronze (C95800) provides superior resistance to cavitation, corrosion fatigue, and biofouling.
Most copper alloys offer excellent machinability. Leaded brasses and bronzes are particularly free-machining. Allow 1.5-2mm machining allowance for precision surfaces. As-cast tolerances of ±0.1mm are achievable.
A: We work with C95800 (nickel-aluminum bronze), C93200 (SAE 660 bearing bronze), C83600 (leaded red brass), C95400 (aluminum bronze), C84400, and custom copper alloys per specification.
A: Yes, oil grooves and lubrication features can be cast-in or machined post-casting. For critical applications, we recommend machining for precise groove dimensions and surface finish.
A: Yes, certain copper alloys like C83600 are used in food and beverage equipment. We can provide material certifications and, if required, electropolished surfaces for sanitary applications.
